Abstract
There is no many research about family planning program especially it’s impact to wife’s job opportunity, even though family planning qualitative goal is to increase mother’s and children’s welfare. Based on this ideas we are motivated to do this research. Based on the analysis, find that having fewer children, can increase wife’s job opportunity, supported by using chi-square analysis, which there is a correlation between family planning program that shown by fertility and wife’s job opportunity which can be seen from job’s status with employment and unemployment criterias. The research shows that 68% respondents involved in economic activity. This condition shows that quite a lot of percentages of wife doing two roles, being a housewife and working. The average contribution of wife’s income to family income is 28,7%.

Abstract
Cooperation  which has a good identity and good governance will generate values such as honesty, transparency, social responsibility, and concern for others. This rooted values will generate capacity identity elements such as self-help, responsibility, democracy, equality of justice and solidarity. By the high capacity of identity will simplify the process of formation of new members in the group.The Cooperation that are implementing / establishing communication with their members well and always give information (data) through various media, such as regular meetings of members, the annual meeting of members and other media, the asymmetry of information does not be occurred. Besides, the relationships cooperation and members are not based on the market relations, but they are based on cooperative relationship, so the goods and services that are produced for members are designed for the use of members / community, and they are not used as if to take profit as much as possible.

Abstract
     With the Law 21 In 2011, the entire function of regulation and supervision of the financial 
     sector that had been scattered in the BI and Bapepam - ​​LK will blend into the Financial 
     Services Authority. Thus the expected future licensing issues, regulation, and supervision, 
     it will be easier, because it is under one roof. In addition, cross-cutting issues in the financial 
     services sector, which includes acts of moral hazard, not optimal protection of consumers of
    financial services, and disruption stability of the financial system, it will not happen again 
     because of the integrated regulation and supervision.
     
    Financial Services Authority regulation and supervision duties of the banking sector, capital 
   market sector, Insurance sector, Pension Funds, Banking Institutions, and Other Financial 
   Services Institutions. Bank of Indonesia while maintaining monetary stability and financial 
    system stability .
    
 With the separation of control over each of the financial services industry, is expected to 
 create specialized in surveillance, the development of appropriate monitoring methods, as 
 well as reducing the extent of supervisory control range so that the decision-making process 
 and the implementation of those decisions can be run effectively.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of the influence of the variables of leadership, motivation, and organizational climate to employee performance The  number of samples in this study are 40 respondents on   Kedungkandang Malang district office. The result shows that the variables of leadership, motivation and organizational climate have a simultaneously and a partially significant effect to the employees performance   on   Kedungkandang Malang district office. Leadership has the dominant effect to  employee performance on Kedungkandang Malang district office.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRICE TO BOOK VALUE (PBV) PADA PERUSAHAAN FARMASI DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract
Stock price fluctuates from time to time, therefore stock analysis needs to be conducted before decisions and investments are made. One method  to perform fundamental analysis that stresses upon company’s financial report is financial ratio.
This research explains both the simultaneous and partial effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and Earning Growth (EG) variables to Price to Book Value (PBV). The type of the research is comparative causal with explanatory approach. Whereas sample of the research is pharmacy companies that was listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2005-2008. Analysis is performed by using double linear regression that honors classical assumption hence will result in BLUE (Best Linear Unbiased Estimation). After that, hypothesis is tested by using t-test, F-test, and Standardized Beta.
This research concludes that Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPT, and Earning Growth (EG) variables significantly and simultaneously affect Price to Book Value (PBV). Whereas in partial test, only Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) variable has significant effect, thus this variable also has dominant effect to Price to Book Value (PBV).
Based on the conclusion above, investors are advised to honor fundamental aspects while making investments. The strongest factor needs to be carefully studied in order to help and ease investor in stock selling and buying decisions.

KAJIAN VALUE BASED LEADERSHIP DAN KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SERTA PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP INOVASI DAN PERTUMBUHAN MARKET SHARE

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of the influence of values-based leadership and knowledge management to innovation, analyzes the significance of the indirect effect of the value-based leadership and knowledge management on the growth of market share, assess the significance of the direct influence of the value based leadership and knowledge management on the growth of market share and analyze the significance of the effect of innovation on the growth of market share in the creative industry center in Batu. The results of analysis showed that all hypothesis are accepted as value of CR greater than 2.00 and p value less than 0.05. Meaning, to boost innovation and growth in market share of the necessary value-based leadership and knowledge management.

PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN PEGAWAI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PERUSAHAAN

Abstract
The purpose of this study is  to analyze the significance of the influence of the variables of motivation, job satisfaction and commitment of employees towards the performance of employees. The  number of population in this study are 175 employees of Meubel Basuki Lacasa Art Gallery. The sample gathering techniques uses Stratified Random Sampling Propotional technique and the number of samples are 64 respondents. The result  analysis showed that the motivation, job satisfaction and commitment of employees have simultaneously and partially significant impact on performance of employees. While the dominant variables that influence on performance of employees is  work motivation.

Abstract
 The main objective of this research is to develop a model-based incubator rural areas through synergy "BIG" (Business, Intellectual and Government) in order to create new entrepreneurs. The focus of this research is growth of new entrepreneurs through the development of local resource-based inter-related areas that have the potential to be developed to meet the needs of a sustainable society. The determination is based on the unity of the resources that have similar resources specification, interrelated, dependent and geographic proximity. To achieve this goal, the research methods are designed by using descriptive research method, policy research and applied research. The results of analyzes of the DEA method shows that the agricultural sector is the most efficient. The sub-sector of agriculture commodities are sugar cane, vegetables and chili. Based on the evaluation of theobstacles, challenges, program and policy development of the rural incubator models that focus on the development of rural economy BUMDes as an institutionis needed in order to make the country more self-reliant and prosperous. The pattern of intervention that is needed is an increase in the ability of human resources, economic empowerment and institutional capacity and support the development of rural infrastructure. Various activities such as mapping the potential urge and village profiles in an attempt to determine the potential of local resources to support the development of enterprises, the establishment of incubators, BUMDes Development, manufacturing and business development matrix of new venture creation more prospective.

The cooperatives have a role to increase the society trust as the motto "from the members, by the members and for the members". Although the image of cooperatives had fallen, but the negative image of the past should not make the cooperative life becomes weak. The cooperatives must increase the quality of service that include physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. If the cooperatives want to be the winner in the competition on business , they should provide the best service quality to reach customer satisfaction.

Abstract: This research aimed to describe the accountability, transparency of financial management, social capital and institutional imaging at a private high school in Probolinggo. Also, to analyze the effect of financial management accountability to the transparency of financial management. Analyzing the effect of social capital on the transparency of financial management. Analyzing the influence of institutional accountability tehadap imaging. Analyzing the effect of transparency on financial penelolaan imaging to analyze the influence of institutional and social capital to institutional imaging. Based on the results of the analysis revealed that accountability does not significantly influence the transparency of financial management. This was indicated by the CR for 0.896 is less than 2:00 with a p value of 0.370, which means> 0.05. Thus Hypothesis 1 in this study can not be accepted. Social capital is a positive influence on the transparency of financial management. The better implementation of social capital do, the better the transparency of financial management demonstrated by CR of 1.734 is less than 2:00 with a p value of 0.083, which means> 0.05. Thus Hipotesis 2 in this study can not be accepted. Thus Hypothesis 2 in this study can not be accepted. The focus of the activities is to : a) identify and analysis the access of funding     programs;  b) identify the needs and expectations of small and micro businesses about  the KUR program ; c) Analysis of the behavior of any relevant actors and stakeholders, motivation, roles and patterns of cooperation and organizing activities; d) identify and analysis of policies and institutions to support the expansion of access KUR . Specific targets to be achieved are : First, the formulation of the Financial Blending Hybrid models design based on the characteristics of programs that already under way, the needs of small businesses to access ideal funding micro and  behavior of any relevant actors and stakeholders, motivation, roles and patterns of cooperation and organization activities that have been mapped. Second, socialization, test, and implement Blending Hybrid Financial to search the ideal format  to improve access expansion KUR for micro and small businesses. To achieve these objectives, the research method designed by using the method of descriptive research, policy research and applied research.
Based on the data, the target KUR 30 % ( in 2012 ) in the agricultural sector can not be achieved . The largest sector of KUR accessing still dominated by the trade sector reached Rp . 65.691 trillion with the amount of 5.79 million borrowers. While the agriculture sector is only 18.9 trillion by the amount of 1.26 million borrowers. This is due, because of the  limited range of credit services with the primary locus of priority sectors and    before KUR program  there are various credit schemes for the agricultural sector with  the lower of  interest rate .
Therefore increasing KUR in the primary sector by applying the concept of Hybrid Blending Financial or a 3 in 1 system Integrated Micro KUR scheme specifically for the agricultural sector, which combines folk with KKPE MOA Micro KUR and skim KUMK SUP 005 that essentially the government to put their money in the bank in order to reduce the interest rate ( cost of fund small ) - blending financing ( guarantee of KUR , cheap funds from KUMK SUP 005 and KKPE interest subsidies ) .

ABSTRACT : This research try to analyze how Labor Needs Planning Based on Level Labor Productivity For Work Redesign And Organization Redesign in Divisi Munisi PT. Pindad (Persero) Malang – East Java.The step for Data Analyze there are Evaluation of Man power Planning. Determination of Work Design and Organization Design. The compared of the proportion between Real and Evaluation, then found the differencein the distribution of the distribution of direct labor and indirect as many as177 people (direct labor shortages in 177 people, while the indirect labor there is an excess of 177 people), while the total number of personnel there is no difference in the amount of work. On production lines, work design techniqueis more focused on work design in group. In the non-production lines, work design techniqueis more focused on the nature of design techniques Individuals with Job Enrichment.Organizational structure design the most appropiate to be applied in the combination design of bureaucracy that is applied in a non of production line and design matrices are applied in the production line.

THE INFLUENCE OF PLACEMENT ON PERFORMANCE

Abstract, This research purpose are to analyze location of officer at position pursuant to skill, attitude and knowledge to labour capacity officer of Body Officer of Nabire, Papua regency. Also, dominant influence of skill, attitude and knowledge to labour capacity officer of Body Officer of Nabire regency, Papua. This Research is including research explanatory with location in Body Officer of Nabire, Papua regency. Population in this research are entire public servant of civil at Body Officer of Nabire regency, Papua, counted 61 people. Technique analyzes data with linear regression to know correlation between skill, attitude and knowledge to officer labour capacity. Result of research indicate that location of officer at position by paying attention skill, officer attitude and knowledge to be placed, hence will influence result of reached job of officer in executing burdensome duty. Officer attitude which consist of work type and relation with job friend represent dominant variable in influencing officer labour capacity. Result of attitude variable frequency distribution yield its 3,7377 meaning average value of officer attitude in a condition very good that are at range agree and very agree. Besides centring the effort the make-up of officer labour capacity, better need to be considered by other variable which do not the included in this research study, like incentive, leadership, cultural of organization, etcetera.

PENGARUH INSTORE PROMOTION TERHADAP IMPULSIF BUYING DI SWALAYAN INDOMARET  DI KOTA AMBON

Abstract, This research is intended to find out the influence of banner vision and price discount toward the impulsive buying in Indomaret retailer on Ambon District. The elements to be analized includes banner vision (X1), and price discount (X2) as independent variables and impulsive buying as the dependent variable (Y). The objectives of the research are to describe the condition of banner vision and price discount and to find out its significant influence on impulsive buying in Indomaret retailer on Ambon District. It is also intended to identify the elements which has the dominant influence. The methods in picking up samples using accidental sampling and so the samples of this research is about 150 persons because the number of population is always fluctuating. The result of the research shows that banner vision and price discount significantly influence the impulsive buying in Indomaret retailer on Ambon District and the analysis found out that price discount shows the dominant influence on the impulsive buying, as can be seem from the regression coefficients of the independent variables that price discount  has the greatest value of 0,128. As the dominant variable, price discount should be taken into consideration of Indomaret retailer policies includes some aspects in axpanding impulsive buying for example maintaing the changing in consumer needs, convenience situation when shoping, service quality, and also the location of the stores.

ANALISIS PENGARUH PROMOTIONAL MIX  TERHADAP PENINGKATAN VOLUME PENJUALAN

Abstract, This research is aimed at the first explanatory, analyze the significant influence of the promotional mix consisting of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion and public relations to sales volume. Second, analyze the variables - variables which are the dominant influence on the sales volume. The hypothesis is alleged there is significant influence between promotional mix include: advertising, personal selling, sales promotion and public relation to  sales volume. Second, variable allegedly advertising (advertising costs) dominant influence sales volume. This study uses multiple regression analysis aimed to determine the effect between the  independent variables and the dependent variable. From the research, it is known that all the independent variables (cost of advertising, personal selling costs, the cost of sales promotion and public relations costs) affect sales significantly, while variable advertising dominant influence sales volume.

ANALISIS PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN KEPUASAN NASABAH TERHADAP LOYALITAS NASABAH  PADA BANK KONVESIONAL

Abstract : Definition of Conventional Banks according to Law no. 4 of 2003 on Banking "Banks are business entities that collect public funds in the form of savings and channel them to the public in order to improve the living standard of the people". Quality of service and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty are  important variables that must be considered  by conventional banks as financial institutions. It can increase public confidence. This study uses the SERVQUAL approach that includes the variables (dimensions) physical evidence (tangibles), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), guarantee (assurance), and empathy (empathy). Data research using primary data with the questionnaire method, the population is UOB Bank Branch Malang customers 150 customers, with accidental sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using simple and multiple regression with SPSS. From the results of hypothesis testing, the F test shows that the variables in the service quality dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, customer satisfaction forms of physical and significant positive effect on loyalty, as well as test results from the t-test in each variable. In the variable quality of service to customer satisfaction, the results of test of correlation coefficient (R) indicates that the relationship between the variables of service quality and satisfaction variable is equal to 80.9%. While the coefficient of determination (R2) between the variables of service quality on customer satisfaction was 65.4%. This means that 65.4% customer satisfaction is affected by the variable quality of service. In the variable customer satisfaction to loyalty, the results of the test coefficient of correlation (R) of 82.6%. While the coefficient of determination (R2) that the variable satisfaction with the loyalty of 68.2%. This means that customer loyalty is influenced by a 68.2% customer satisfaction variable.

 ANALISIS PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DI KOTA AMBON

Abstract, The Objectives of conducting this research are (1) analyzing the description of leadership, working motivation, working environment and working achievement of civil officers, (2) evaluating the influence of leadership, working motivation and working environment to working achievement of civil officers, (3) analyzing the variables of leadership, working motivation and working environment as the dominant influence for working achievement of civil officers. The result of analysis performs that: (a) leadership factors, working motivation and working environment influence significantly to the working achievement, (b) the influence of leadership factors, working motivation and working environment to the officers’ working achievement intend to be positive (equality) shown by Y = 0,223 + 0,0510X1 + 0,389X2 + 0,062X3; (c) dominant variable to the working achievement is leadership variable shown 71,57% contribution.The suggestions for improving the civil officer’s achievement in Ambon City are: (a) remaining harmonious relationship among top leaders authorities, lower position officers and working partners or collegues, (b) establishing policy about the implementation of innovative motivation to the officers, (c) improving the officers knowledge and skills by giving opportunities for self improving in carrier improvement program, (d) leadership expected by lower position officers for increasing working achievement and obtaining higher working productivity.

DAMPAK INOVASI LAYANAN PUBLIK TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN
(STUDI PADA SAMSAT CORNER DI MOG MALANG)

Abstact, SAMSAT Corner in MOG Malang is a facility provided by call centers to facilitate the extension of Malang vehicle number certificate ( vehicle registration ). The service innovation  used to facilitate paying taxes vehicle. Samsat Corner  implemented by the three pillars in the office Manunggal One-Stop Administration Unit ( call centers ) Malang : Satlantas Polresta Malang, Dispenda Provinsi Malang, and Jasa Raharja.. The opening of Samsat Corner as one innovation made by the Samsat Public Service is expected to increase customer satisfaction. Therefore, this study is done  to determine how the customer  satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine how the public perception  and  customer satisfaction of the SAMSAT Corner services. The study was conducted with deskriptif  quantitative analyisis  with  30 respondents of  SAMSAT Corner customers as a sample.

Based on the survey , all respondents expressed very happy and satisfied with the facilities SAMSAT Corner in the plaza because it can be easier for them to pay taxes with a cozy atmosphere . Based on data analysis, the factor hospitality and  courtesy of warkers at SAMSAT Corner became the highest point on the customers satisfaction. It caused of the quality of services provided on politeness and friendliness of the officers. In other side,  the cost of servicing its lowest point. It means this factors are not considered as  reason for people to  come on Samsat Corner MOG Malang .
